My name is Tanya. I was admitted to the ER at AdventHealth in Palm Coast, FL on November 21, 2020. Turns out I had a DVT and PE after being misdiagnosed by a doctor in my hometown of NJ. Dr. Abtahi observed stress on my heart and suggested a procedure that would provide the best outcome for my condition. Dr. Abtahi performed a Thrombectomy that cleared clots from my lungs and improved my breathing, blood pressure and oxygen levels. Dr. Abtahi is the best doctor a patient could want between his expertise in Cardiology combined with his good nature and the best bedside manner a patient could ask for. Thank you Dr. Abtahi for helping me get back on my feet and saving my life!
