Waited an hour in the drive thru line just for them to say my medication isn’t ready yet but if I go in it should be done. Come inside n told it’s still not ready waiting 30 min longer .
It is understaffed many days. The staff is excellent and I have few issues other than a longer wait time than years ago. It is a good place to break out the phone, answer emails or catch up on reading. Medicine is still free.
I feel lacking in organization!
On July 19 at about 1130 I checked in and was called to window 6 the young man was friendly and helpful and told me they would call me back when they were ready 20 minutes later I was called to window 2 were I was treated like the person cared for me. This is not the first time that I was treated like they cared about me I think that person was Lou sorry to take so long THANK YOU !!
Yes there are under staffed, they work for the federal government. I’ve been there many times and witnessed the employees being treated very poorly and all they can do is take it, as if it’s their fault. Be respectful and thankful for your FREE meds. I know many people that pay full price out of pocket or go without.nnThank you MAYPORT Pharmacy for your service. And let me apologize for my service brothers and spouses that don’t realize how BLESSED they are.
