The staff and Chris are excellentnYet the administration misinforms their staff.nI requested a PCR RT covid test for traveling they charged me $191 and said that a PCR RT doesn’t exist. They instead offered me a antigen RT.nWhen I arrived at check in they denied me checking in for my flight I had to rebook a flight at a higher rate get a PCR RT at the airport wait another day because the lab closes at 8pm (I was there at 5pm) had it special delivered the next morning so I could get on my newly booked fligh whole ordeal costed over $500 plus the all the changes for my rental car, hotel stays etc. lost another $300 because some of the reservations could not be refunded.nWhen I called Tiffany at billing she accused me of lying, stated that I chose to take the wrong test and would not refund or compensate for anything.nAfter talking to Amanda and explaining again my situation she refunded the $80 for the test, yet still claimed that a PCR RT doesn’t exist. I’mnOut over $800 because of the misinformation this Medical facility is spreading. Just make you wonder what other misinformation and/or misinterpretation is being spread to patients, once the trust in your doctor has been breached. Seems like it’s all in the name of profit.... medical attention is a human right not a privilege and should not be a profit oriented business.

First impression: office full of seriously overweight, diabetic staff that have no organizational skills or common sense. Don't plan on returning.

I have been attending the Keystone office practice for many years. Unfortunately since Dr. Miller’s time away this place has gone down hill.nn— Front desk personnel is a revolving door.n—Poor follow-ups on messages left on phone this has happened on many occasions not once not twice. —They need a stronger take charge office manager or 2n—Placed on hold for over 8 min. Not once not twicen—Waiting time to see provider over an hourn—Most employee’s there seem very stressed outnnUnfortunately, II May be seeking care elsewhere. I’m really sad about that. The place is very convenient.

Their Staff is a joke. My 4yr can do a better job than they do. They can NOT get their scheduling down at ALL! Highly suggest going elsewhere.

There is a lack of communication with this office. They fail to make patients aware if there is an issue especially regarding prescriptions they want the pharmacy to relay the message. Since Dr Miller was gone there is a lack of compassion and alot of not my patient. Was told that Dr. Miller had never seen my husband my response he has been a patient there for 5 years and only saw Dr. Miller until she was deployed. Problems start in the front and continue right to the back.
