Arby's

The food was fine but the woman working the drive through was so rude it actually had me very taken aback. No “hello”, no “thank you”, no nothing which I can deal with but when I asked politely for some more Arby’s sauce she made some gesture and said very very rudely “mam, it’s already in the bag” then turned away and didn’t say anything else even when I said thank you. Her attitude was just very upsetting. I get it’s fast food but they weren’t overly busy and my order was very simple so I don’t see the need to be so rude and have such an attitude, especially to someone who is being polite.

Friendly staff and good food, just always seem to be slower than other locations.

We decided to go inside because the drive through takes forever. We get inside and wait, then we take our order. Two groups come in after us. They both get their food first. Once our name is called, we were asked if we wanted a free shake for our wait. We said no because we didnt want to wait another 20 minutes for a shake.

I didnt care for the sauce on the prime rib spicy philly, The original is great though. I cant lie though, this was the worst Arbys Ive been to in the country, Ive been to 49 states and ate Arbys in about 20 of them. Unfortunately its .2 miles away, ive stayed away for a few months and this place deserved the 1 star I originally gave it. The service had been absolutely terrible and a correct order within 10 mins in the drive thru used to be impossible. Tonight I had my first good visit in years, Bret or Brit was so friendly and made sure to repeat my order and ask if it was correct and was welcoming and respectful, even gave my dog a bone. Your not paying Bret/Brit enough. whatever it is I suggest rewarding things like this with incentives like raises or spoofs it would have a domino effect on business and quality service, I hope you make an effort to retain employees like this and recognize them when they are portraying the image you want in your customers head when Arby's comes to mind. Good welcoming employees who are reliable are rare these days, its good for business and youll see the difference in your sales numbers and ratings on google. I know when me and my family go out to eat we always check the reviews so that we know what to expect. Especially in times like these. I will be coming back now and eating here again, Im hoping tonight was a sign of things to come. Ill be back to update my review in a few months.

It was amazing, service was great, I would have given it 5 but they forgot the cheese and sauce... it was just meat and bread.. 😥
