By far the best experience I’ve had at a vet clinic with my cats in the past 7 years. The entire staff is so kind & eager to help - they truly care about their clients and make difficult vet visits so much easier. Dr. Padilla is a sweetheart and is very thorough in her explanations of treatment plans & diagnoses. I can’t recommend them enough!nnMy cat had an emergency for a chronic health issue & my usual vet was unavailable so I booked the first appointment available at the nearest vet clinic, Hometown Animal Hospital. In the past, in an effort to treat him as quickly as possible, veterinary staff has taken him to the back and unfortunately I have been left waiting with little information & a lot of nerves. When I arrived at Hometown, the staff was incredibly quick to get my information (as a new client) and rush my cat to the back. Within minutes of doing so, they called me and briefed me on Dr. Padilla’s plan and the possible causes of my cat’s condition. That phone call was immensely helpful in calming me down and made me confident in the care my cat would receive. It’s difficult to wait in the car during visits like these (& of course, necessary due to COVID precautions), but the staff was constantly updating me and keeping me in the loop every step of the way. At the end of the day, Dr. Padilla brought my cat out herself and thoroughly discussed his treatment plan with me. She was incredibly empathetic and kind during this conversation, making sure all my questions were answered and easing my fears.nnI can’t say enough how impressed & grateful I am for the care my cat received at Hometown Animal Hospital. I look forward to going back for routine visits & I’m confident in the care my cats will receive here.

The staff at Hometown have never disappointed. They have been caring for my dog for 5 years now. They have treated my dog as if he was their own. I know my Jack Russell is in great hands when I take him in. I highly recommend this hospital for all your pets medical needs.

Thank you to everyone that helped save my Trixie’s tooth! She’s back to normal playing more than ever! Today she’s been 10 times as active as before and is biting all of her toys one by one to sort of “break in” the new tooth.nnYou should definitely make this your #1 spot for your pets. The people here do not rush you and take the time to listen to ALL of your concerns and explain everything to you each step of the way. They will accomplish everything that you ask for. They pick up and carry in every animal that comes to their doors as if they were all their children. Even big dogs too! They showed a lot of patience, care, concern, compassion, and kindness to both my pet and I. They worked with me every step of the way and I was very surprised to receive the level of care that I got from them.nnIf there ever was a pet hospital/veterinarian that you could trust 100% it’s this one. Thank you again for saving my baby’s tooth so she can still be my “beautiful little girl” forever and not my toothless little girl.

Dr. Jasmine Padilla was very nice and informative, she answered every question we had. They honestly care!!!! No like other clinics and hospitals that I have visited in the past where they just cared about money.nI DO RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL 100%. ✅

We are patients for years. Veterinarians are extremely friendly and helpful. They take care of your love ones with the same love you have. Strongly recommend. Your pet cannot be in better hands.
