Disappointing curbside ordering process and customer service. The website kept giving me an error while trying to check-in for my curbside order. Gave up and tried calling and got the runaround with the phone system. Decided to give up and walk in to pick up my order. I told the cashier, who wasn't doing much at the register, about the issue, and he told me that the app wasn't working... Uh, okay... so why not just head out with my food. The curbside pickup area was clearly in view of the registers and there was my car. It would have taken them a quick second just to give me my food if their app wasn't working on their end. Food ended up being cold, and, on top of that, it wasn't made to order (I ordered well done and the burger was still pink the middle). Probably won't be back for a long while... or, at the very least, I will avoid their curbside ordering altogether.

I was happy to see this location has reopened after being closed for a month or so. I was unhappy with today's visit as the food wasn't as good and the staff seemed to be MORE focused on goofing off. I will give it another shot, in hopes they get it together. Like it was before. Update: To The Habit's credit... They reached out to gather information about the above review. After doing so, they have offered a couple of free burgers to allow them another try. Thank you for stepping up Habit... we will.

I've had their signature Charburger & onion rings: delicious, but not better than a 5 Guys burger. The last time I went I had the Golden Fried Chicken sandwich and fries. I loved the spiced red pepper sauce. It was good, but a distant second to Chic-Fil-A. The best thing about the fries was the ranch dipping sauce.

Not only is the customer service great, but you have some great workers as well. One that really stood out that caught my attention was Jaycee. He really works hard and he made me feel appreciated the whole time I was there.
