CASINO PAWN 2%

Have used before and normally very fast & helpful with FFL transfers.Not sure if they are open yet due to Covid so hoping this gets their attention to get some clarity on when they will be open. Edit: I received a very prompt response on this...great customer service as always.

Just being honest, I was on my way to casino pawn and the owner not only remembered me but remembered my number and knew that it was me that was calling. He might’ve just had caller Id but that kind of attention to customer appreciation is the reason for this review. I remembered how I walked in for the first time and immediately felt this rush of history and awesomeness kinda like a museum of coolness. The place is clean and large and makes u feel like a movie star. But that wasn’t the reason for the review... the people where. The worst thing about pawning your most prized possessions beyond the fact that times may be so hard that u need to sell your things in the first place is the way pawn brokers treat u like your going to walk out their establishment right into the hands of your local drug dealer. You are always low-balled with that take-it-or-leave-it mentality because of the position your in and it just hurts more. Not at Casino. I feel like I can come and with no questions asked be treated like more than a commodity but like family. Fair is an understatement but I feel like the money u receive here is above fair. Bill is the best, his communication is top quality and it’s like he has a heart of gold. Above all (and here’s the best part) I don’t believe I am treating any better than anyone else because I know from experience that EVERYONE is treated the same way here.

I love this pawn shop! Every time I walk in there is always some one to greet you, ( red carpet enterence!) it’s so fancy and very high Quality. The people working there are so nice, they are very polite. This pawn shop has everything! There’s even another room for jewelry!nCheck this place out. ( amazing)

Very beautiful place gorgeous the black Maserati out front is absolutely drop-dead gorgeous the staff above and beyond helpful when you're in a bind they will take care of you no questions asked life is good so if you need to pawn something this is the place to come in Hollywood
