Generally my experience here has been okay, but they are constantly under-staffed and like many others, I question the freshness of the bread. Today was a new low... there was a sign up that the lone employee was on a 20 minute break. I've manned a mall shop alone, and I only left to use the restroom. Not acceptable.

Don't eat at this location. We go to the Clinton location often and have never had a bad time. We won't ever come back to this location. We ordered two sandwiches, and we're very disappointed . The bread was so stale it could have been from yesterday, and is barely cut all the way through for the actual sandwich pieces. I asked for light sauce and it is literally dripping. I got 2 pieces of shredded lettuce and 3 handfuls of green peppers. The spinach was so bruised/old I thought it was bad at first. My sandwich was squished when it was wrapped, so when I opened it at home it was more of a salad with soggy stale croutons. Finally, when I asked for chips, the worker tossed them across the counter from the other side of the room in a panic. We were the last people in a line of 4. It could have been super busy before we showed up, but it felt like we were there in the middle of a hurricane. I've worked fast food and was polite, but I paid $20 for the most disappointing experience from any restaurant I've ever had and it just sucked.

The bread I got was not fresh, it was very dry. Worst Subway sandwich I've ever had! I usually love Subway sandwiches. The girl there was very nice about getting my bacon crispy for me and both people were very nice. Just need to watch the bread to make sure it's fresh, not stale.

I am a big fan of Subway and choose to eat there often. I use the drive-through windows regularly to order meals and at this particular location they insisted I turn off my vehicle while I order. After repeated attempts at ordering food, they turned on a recording and said they were closed. Obviously not looking to sell any food today. As a business owner myself, I would be pretty upset if I had an employee who would not take a customer order over a personal preference of how they like to hear the order given. I’ll head over to the Subway on Antelope (in Speedway) next to the hospital to order my breakfast. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

Messed up my order. Ordered a double chicken salad, got no chicken. Ordered a steak and cheese wrap, you guessed it, no steak. Went through the drive through and didn’t check until it was too late to go back. Do not go to this Subway. By reading other reviews, maybe this franchise needs new management. NEVER GO to this store.
