Had the Swiss melt I think the one you dip in the broth I think. Anyways didn't really enjoy it it was edible but just not good probably won't be going again. And the curly fries could barely be called fries so thin and crunchy didn't like them, maybe thats the way they're supposed to be?
I went to Arby’s in Clearfield for Veterans Day special For free roast beef sandwich for Veterans. I was refused. So I drove to Syracuse Arby’s and they honored my service.
These guys never cease to amaze me with their service. Food here is always perfection. I love the French dip with au jus and curly fries. If they miss something on your order they replace it. Once they replaced my whole meal to amend such a mistake. Would highly recommend going here for yummy food that's quick and filling.
Good food bad service!
I went through the drive through and the guy opens the window to ask what condiments I would like for my food I responded with Arby's sauce and later when I opened the bag there was only horsey and ketchup sauce to be found. This is a simple mistake that I would not be so flustered over but the reason I say bad service is simply because when he had handed me the bag of food he just walked away without a word so I thought maybe he is grabbing another bag but I look in the window and all I could see was him chilling with his friend so I waved and then he gave me the approval to leave and I got the heck out of there. I feel that I should at least know when I am allowed to leave when I have all of my items
Ordered 3 sandwiches. Got 2. Wont pick up the phone. Never going back to this location.
