I’ve had multiple poor experiences at this Arctic Circle but my last experience takes the cake. We waited in the drive through for 15 minutes for the order ahead of us that ordered what appeared to be 4 ice cream cones. When we finally arrived at the window no apologies were given for the long wait or even an explanation. We handed the cashier our credit card along with coupons totaling $4+ after yet another 5 minutes she handed us our food and our credit card and we left. We quickly found out that our food had been siting as long as we had it was so cold it wasn’t enjoyable and the shake we ordered needed a straw it had melted so much. The cherry on top when we arrived home I noticed she had ignored the multiple coupons and charged us full price.
The drive thru line is always so slow. Idk if it’s slow machines or slow workers or not enough workers but something has to change at this location. It needs to either hire more workers or up the speed of something. Takes 30 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. Defeats purpose of a drive thru.
For the world preaching cleanliness because of Covid your drive they window is disgustingly vile and hasnt been cleaned for some time. I worked in restaurants for over 15 years and know that this is something that should be cleaned frequently and should be put on the side work list for the employees to take care of throughout their shift.
I can honestly say that the burger I got from this place was one of the worst I have ever had. The fries were soggy and not tasty at all. The customer service was slow considering we were the only ones there. Their dining room was still not open even though most everybody else is in the area is. The only reason we went there was to give him a try since we got a coupon in the mail for them. I'm glad I didn't pay full price, because it wasn't even worth the price that we did pay. You will not be seeing me there again.
