They eliminated the New York part of my trip and replaced it with Free exhibits in Washington DC but did not adjust the price. I canceled my trip within their time frame and the refund check they send me is not the correct amount. This company steals money from hard working kids. Shame on the schools for using them and shame on me for signing up.

Kept half our money during the covid pandemic. Not our fault this is happening and we can’t reschedule to a later date. My 13 year old son raised all the money on his own. He was so excited to make that achievement on his own. Then covid happened, trip was cancelled and the later dates wont work. I received an email from the company stating that we looked like we were getting a full refund, only to recieve half back. Stealing money from a 13 year old boy is unacceptable. They recouped part of their money back. There are companies out there that are giving money back to the hands of their customers because it’s the right thing to do... aka American Family Insurance... due to covid. So glad this large corporation can retrieve money back but won’t pass it back to the kids who worked so hard to earn it for a trip they can’t take.

Our trip was postponed due to the covid 19. They DO NOT GIVE YOUR FULL REFUND BACK!!! Be very careful signing up with this company!!!! Even tho THEY chose to postpone THEY kept over half the money we paid for planning the trip that didnt happen. Rip off company!!!

World Classrooms was able to resolve all issues with my student not being able to travel professionally. Thank you.
