Travis is pleasant, professional and always has a smile to share, whenever he comes to service my lawn. He willingly answers any questions I have. I also like that if I need to call the office, I get a live person (usually Pepper) and she has always been helpful too.

Bryan, my technician, is very friendly and very knowledgeable. We first contacted Lawn Doctor after our home lawn seemed super soft to inquire the cause. They were very quick and timely with a walk through of our yard and could tell us what all was lacking or in need of services. They were very professional and helpful. She was very friendly and also spoke with me in a professional manner. It was clear she understood the service and the company.nnI happened to be at home for the first treatment. Kenny was the technician who treated the yard. He was very knowledgeable about the yard. At one point, I looked in the back and he was on his knees inspecting a particular area of the yard.
