Just went in today to get some info on Hawaii. My husband askes if they had brochures and the representative (whom was the owner of the business) seemed put off they she had to get up to look. Went in back for about 20 secobds and said sorry they don't even send us brochures anymore and that was it. She didn't offer to look up any info, ask us what we were looking for, all inclusive, what island, etc...nothing. Just sirry no brochures. Will definitely not be booking any travel with this agent as they are not at all helpful.
