Had a unit on the 1st floor and when you place your items in storage, it is with the expectation that they will be safe and secure. Mine went in rodent free and came out rodent infested. I had to throw away a living room set and a new queen set of mattresses because of rodent urine and feces. The rodents chewed through wire of my sofa so it was no longer operable. John, the manager was very nice and tried to help, however his manager couldn't oversee the fact that he had waived some fees when I had gotten behind and was sure to remind me that the fees were $300. However, my living room set and mattresses were worth more than $300.
Shannon was very informative, helpful, and knowledgable during this very stressful time of my move. You really need to give this girl a raise!!!! Awesome customer service fur sure!!!!!!!
