Good place to use but they did a price increase and I didn't know cause it was by email and I don't go in my email often. Jon the customer service rep explained how the increase happened cause I came in with what I normally pay and help me get a small reduction as to what I had to pay. I appreciate him for going helping and going out the way and he is the reason I still use Prime storage.

Brad is the Manager at 1195 Bells Rd in Virginia Beach. Right away helped us. Went through everything thoroughly with Me & my girlfriend Lisa. Office and storage unit and the whole grounds was Very clean, even the bathroom was very cleaned. Brad explained every deal that we could choose from for us to store our stuff in and feel good about Unit and the price that we were getting it for. We would recommend Prime Storage to everyone.

I met with a representative by the name of Brad. I was told to arrive at a certain time because the office personnel would be out to lunch. When I arrived, no one was there. My time is valuable and I understand things happen. When he, Brad, arrived he did not apologize for being late, but the remainder of my appointment time with him was excellent. He explained everything in great detail and gave me all the information I needed so that I could be fully informed. His presentation was excellent and his communication skills were superb. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling....the storage room. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. However, I would not recommend the facility. I was shown two storage rooms. One was dirty and the other one had a strong unpleasant order. Parking at the office is really tight and the office smelled like a dog was living there although Brad stated no one lived on site.
