I looked at several storage places in Virginia Beach near Regent University and found Extra Space Storage on Kempsville Road to be both reasonable, convenient and professional. The email that they responded with to my reservation, sold me and the immediate follow up by Chris, the office manager, sealed the deal. Chris was personable and extremely informative. He was able to answer all of my questions. If the move-in and storage goes as well as the initial set up, Extra Space will be my go to storage partner for the remainder of the time that my daughter is at Regentud83dude42. Great job Chris!
My experience as a long standing customer at the Kempsville Road location has always been positive. Chris and Kevin are very customer service oriented, professional and knowledgable in all aspects on their job. They're like my Extra Space family! I can rest assured knowing that they're taken care some of my belongings. I would Highly recommend this storage location to any of my family and friends. Simply the Best!!!
Great customer service. Very quick to respond to my questions and needs. Service received at the office on Kempsville across from Aldi's in VB was professional. The process of getting a storage unit was simple and easy and I had access right away. Thankfully they had a size I needed!! Units are clean and easily accessible.
Kevin was super helpful and amazing! He went through all the paperwork with my sister and I, and got us the best quote without any hesitation. Kevin also explained in detail how everything worked since we were unfamiliar with how every worked. That man deserves a raise! I would 100% recommend Extra Space Storage! Very friendly and helpful staff, easy gated access to the units, and dolly's provided to make the process easier!
