DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE COMPANY. - regardless of location. It’s a scam. Very dishonest. Over the phone and on the Google ad I was told I would revive a AAA discount of 1st month free and a $20 Amazon gift card and a 10x10 unit would be $77 per month thereafter. The same not other fee was to be a one-time 20 admin fee.nnNONE OF THAT WAS TRUE. When I arrived... I found out there was no $20 gift card, no first month free and monthly rent was $89 not $77 AND the first payment requires a $46 “forced-purchase” of cardboard boxes and their lock. (Making those 4-6 boxes you’re forced to buy literally the worlds most costly cardboard). Which I did not need.nnThe staff I was speaking with really could not have cared less. It was really shameful. They are clearly using the false info to bring someone in and use a stressful situation like moving and the need for storage to take advantage of people at a vulnerable time.
