I completely did not pay attention and moved my stuff into the wrong unit. After realizing this I went to Erica and in a matter of minutes she has everything worked out and reassured me it was no problem. Erica and Extra Space Storage has been amazing helping me with the prep to sale my current house and make a move out of state. Thanks so much Erica.

I called the main number and a operator was able to research a unit that met my needs. Within 5 minutes of the reservation I had Erika on the phone with the details of everything! Easy process, love the no contact transaction with everything going on! She was very professional and so was the operator in the phone initially who helped me find the location and size storage I needed! Awesome experience with this company so far!

Nice clean and organized facility. Erica did a great job showing us around and answering all our questions. Great rate for a climate controlled unit. Come get you some storage space here!!

Erica is awesome. She has helped me with adding storage units at the last minute. I cannot say enough nice things about her. The facilities are so clean and easy to access. I highly recommend if you need a storage unit to check out Extra Space and Erica.
