Reasonable rates, friendly staff. Roadways are a little cramped and sometimes it's little difficult to pass other vehicles.
If it was Janet that I was reviewing then this would be a 5 star review but she is the only reason I am even giving 3 stars. I have had a unit here for over 2 years only because I have been too lazy to move. You have to get out of your car to enter your code to get in to the property as well as to get out of the property. You cannot get into the property after 730pm, it isnt even dark in the summer time yet. Very inconvenient! Last gripe is my billing cycle started on the 10th. I called on the 7th and spoke with someone other than Janet and was told as long as my things were out by the night of the 9th, unit swept, and lock left off then I would be good. Did all of this and called in the am of 10th, was told because I did not let Janet know that my cycle started over and I had to pay a prorated amount. Should have been told by the girl that answered that Janet was who I needed to speak to but I guess that is my problem. Glad I no longer need a storage unit.

Clean and well maintained. Janet makes the whole process easy with a very cheery and helpful attitude.
Units are great but no pest or climate control. There have been rats, bugs, and roaches in our unit before. Wonderful managers, but the pests are a major issue. Would not store here again.
