Unlike the Wal-Mart in Philadelphia, Aramingo location. It is a 5 star location. Fully stocked and everything needed was accessable

I've been shopping Hilltop Square for more than 45years (as a child with Mom too) and right now it's in the worst condition that I've ever seen. The pavement needs to be repaired so badly. The section between Wendy's and Taco Bell and part of Walmart has been in disrepair for over 20 years. Half the lot is too dark and needs better lighting for safety purposes. It's sad that this section of Hilltop is the original and isn't taken care of at all.
