I love the quality of the photos. I have received the drape photos of my daughter and I've received the cap and gown pictures. I love the sales!! I have received 50% off of my photos one year and I received 60% off last year for the cap & gown pictures. The sales came to my email with a code to apply to the final price. I have no complaints.

I have been waiting on the proofs for my son's cap and gown pictures. He took his pictures on March 14, 2020. The session number was wrong, they never had my email address and tried to tell me I was someone else. The local office never sent my son's picture to the main office. Calling them is a joke, the wait time is always 2 hours and I have had them return my call after 9:00 pm. I called them 2 weeks ago and was told to wait an additional 4 weeks to see if they will received the pictures from the Virginia Beach office. I am sure that my son will be in college before I will ever get to see the pictures. We are in phase 2 with the covid 19 and the office in Virginia Beach is still not open.
