Robert was super professional, nice and early. I had a four hour window when he would arrive and he showed well before that. He was also honest and carried great conversation. It was an unexpected cost but overall cannot complain because my shower works now and they have a 6 month warranty after repairs are done. Would use again for any emergency.
My service tech, Kriston, was beyond AMAZING. He showed up with a great attitude, professional, explained everything he was going to do, and just had great energy!! My toilets were not working due to a clog and within 20 minutes he was done and everything was working again. He even fixed my outdoor faucet and replaced a screw for me just because he saw it needed one, and got my upstairs toilet to stop running constantly after a flush! Amazing guy. Great service. The serviceman name was James and he was very polite and cordial. He explained everything to me about what he was going to do. He unclogged my toilet and now it's working fine. The bill was not as expensive as I thought it would be. I'm thankful for what a good job he did. Roto-Rooter is the plumber I'm always going to call.
Only plumbing service I trust to use. Might cost a little more than some others at times, but they are always super friendly, professional and do a great job to solve the issue the first time around. If you want something done right the first time and with high quality these are the guys to call.
Manny was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Although we were shocked at the price to unclog our toilets, I am happy they are unclogged. I hope he gets paid what he is worth because having indoor plumbing is priceless
