Absolutely spectacular service. We called Sean to look into why we had a water leak. He was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong, and he showed me how to find/operate my water meter. After he fixed the issues for a VERY fair price, he directed me to take the receipt to the treasurers office to get reimbursed for a water consumption charge. We have not had any issues since. He is honest, fair, and a very educated and talented plumber. 10/10. We'll be calling him again if we have any issues in the future.
Called several plumbers, as I had an emergency on a Sunday. Sean was the only one to answer his phone and he dropped everything to come stop the issue. His rates were very reasonable and he found a few other issues I was unaware of that he did not gouge me for.nnI originally wrote this review in 2018 for work that Sean had done for me.nI have continually used his services and enjoy the fact that I know that I will get quality work as well as straight forward answers and timeliness.nnI've even had Sean coordinate with Tenants, neighbors, and friends; which have all been 100% Satisfied with his services.
I called Sean for a faucet replacement on the kitchen sink. The screws underneath were rusted and I busted one trying to remove. My wife is a hair stylist and uses the faucet for her shampoo chair. She had appointments to keep and Sean was the ONLY one who rearranged his schedule to come out on the spot because it was such an easy job if you have the right tools. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Will definitely call him for future issues.
I contacted Sean to unclog our washer drain and he was extremely polite and professional. He was at our house early (which he communicated) about 3-4 hours after contacting him. I was extremely pleased with him professionalism, knowledge, and promptness. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with any plumping needs. Thanks Sean!
Sean answered on the first ring and was very professional and SO helpful! He explained everything very thoroughly and walked me through what to do to fix my issue in five minutes! Highly recommend & will definitely use for all my plumbing needs
