Sam was such a personable and professional technician. I’ve had workers with zero personality before and it’s always so awkward. He diagnosed what the issue was and told me how to prevent the build up of algae in the future. He went above and beyond which is always rare to find. He respected the household with shoe covers and wore a mask the whole time. I do have very excitable dogs and he did great with their alpha personalities. Would recommend Sam to anyone.

We had trouble with our sewer line and called Mr Rooter. Put simply, you get what you pay for. Bryce and his colleague dug up and replaced our sewer line in half a day, explained what they did, and left as small a footprint as possible. They were professionals; zero drama on the job site and it was completed to a high standard. Recommended.

The technician arrived on time and did an outstanding job repairing a sewer line that has tree root. I was a little nervous about the plan of digging up my manicured lawn to repair the sewer line. I was pleasantly on how well they put back the lawn. From afar, I was hard pressed to tell where the dug up the grass. Truly an outstanding professional job. I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing repairs...very impressed with their workmanship.

We own a local residential property management firm and Mr. Rooter is one of two go to plumbers who do all the jobs needed to make sure our tenants have clear pipes that don't leak and hot water. They are super responsive and respectful to our tenants. We highly recommend them!

Kevin Brown initially came to see about installing a new toilet . He was very informative and direct in his approach to helping us . Life happened and unfortunately Kevin was not able to complete the job but left us with a great replacement named David Diggs . David was awesome and came in and installed our toilet ... he truly made the job seem effortless. He was awesomely informative and was very very knowledgeable. We applaud his effort & skill . A definite recommend for toilet installations. Thank you again
