IN MY OPINION, THE ATTENTIVENESS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL OF PHYSICAL THERAPIST (NEIL) AND PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (CHAU) WAS OUTSTANDING. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM WAS IMPRESSIVE ALONG WITH THEIR EAGERNESS TO TREAT AND THEIR KNOWLEDGE TO AID ME IN MY SITUATION WAS NOTEWORTHY. HIGHLY ENCOURAGE ANYONE SEEKING PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANCE TO SEEK OUT PIVOT PHYSICAL THERAPY IN RED MILL, VIRGINIA BEACH, VA. ALLOW THIS LOCATION TO BECOME A PLACE YOU VISIT AND MAKE THEM A PART OF YOUR RECOVERY REGIMEN.

I saw Neal at the Red Mill / Sandbridge location. From the time I arrived to the time I left I was treated wonderfully by the entire staff. Hannah at the front desk was friendly and got me all set up pre visit. During my treatment with Neal he explained everything he was doing and made me feel very comfortable. I thought this experience was great. I would absolutely go back to Pivot for my PT needs

The Professionals at the Kempsville location understood how to return me to the state of being necessary to function as I did prior to the event that necessitated my being there, which was an issue related to my lower back and hip area. During the therapy period, and on my last day, I was also provided with printed instructions to assist in and continue my restoration, enabling me to maintain my progress. I was reeducated as to preferable body movements.nnA conducive environment for collaboration about my restoration plan, contributing to a sense of emotional comfort. As a senior citizen whose primary cohorts are the same, I hear conversations related to the current generation of health care professionals who, in summary, lack emotional intelligence. The professionals at the Kempsville location are very respectful, they listen, respond, and explain in a way that includes the patient as part of the restoration team.

I can’t say enough about the staff and team. Kind considerate and professional. I came in with a hand problem and from my first visit I knew they were going to help me. They took an hour listening and asking questions. I went home with some exercises that helped immediately and now we have a plan. Thank you guys so much for your kindness and professional approach to my problem. Give these guys a call don’t wait and suffer
