I am a practice manager of a doctors office in Virginia Beach, when our practice first opened Phillip came to provide information about Pivot and how they could work with my patients, he provided excellent service, extremely professional and very knowledgeable of the services provided by Pivot. We have refereed many patients and have had amazing results. Amanda who assists with scheduling is amazing as well, she is very professional and very educated. It has been such a pleasure to work with such an amazing group! We truly appreciate the wonderful patient care!

Had to deal with a very difficult post-surgery recovery from knee replacement. I’m so glad I chose to receive my physical therapy needs at Pivot Therapy at First Colonial Rd. I was impressed with the pleasant work area, the equipment and more importantly how staff treated patients with friendliness and respect. It was clearly evident the staff enjoyed working together as team. I was so fortunate to have Ms Elena Byzewski who patiently worked and guided me through a program that eventually allowed me to bend my knee and avoid the dreaded manipulation under anesthesia. Ms Byzewski is a professional who deeply cares for her patients. Her knowledge of anatomy and focus on successful outcomes is exemplary. She approached my challenges head-on with a strategy following the appropriate exercises and stretches while providing encouragement during my “off” days. I can honestly say I could not have done it without her! She directly helped get my quality of life back. She is a credit to Pivot and the physical therapy profession. Thank you!!

Pivot Physical Therapy boast of a clean, peacefulnatmosphere. We have found Alana, the therapist to be professional, polite, patient and par excellent! The overall staff treats us (my husband and myself) withndignity and respect. We highly recommend PIVOT PHYSICAL THERAPY!

Great company for all your physical therapy needs! the facility itself is awesome and the team members are amazing and super friendly. I have had pain in my neck for years and it's now getting much better after working with the Pivot Physical Therapy team. I would never go anywhere else!
