VITAL definitely has a warm and welcoming environment, as are the staff, which you can sense just walking through there. Heather Osborne has been the best physical therapist since I've required it in the past 10 years. She is very knowledgeable and has helped me improve immensely from the standpoint of pain, strength and mobility based on her comprehensive planning and detailed, consistent regiment, but also flexibility in adjusting to the patient's needs. She is very personable, kind and understanding. I'm so thankful that I've got to work with her.

My two sons have made so much stride in their therapies, and gained so much confidence. Jennifer, Torri, Lisa and everyone else go above and beyond and make it a blast. that they don't even know they are learning. I couldn't be happier with all they have done for my boys.

I'm an SLP in the Hampton Roads area and I've heard nothing but bad things about this company/the owners and the way they treat their therapists. There is a very high turnover rate at this clinic (several former employees are friends of mine). They fire their therapists regularly with no warning or notice, forbid them from saying goodbye to their patients, and then lie to the families and tell them the former employee had a “family emergency”. I’d pass on working for them when there are so many other wonderful clinics in the area who treat employees like family.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our new OT and ST! We recently moved to the area but I can already tell VITAL is an amazing fit for our family! A kid friendly, fun, and professional staff that exceeds the service provision of our last two agencies. Definitely a step above the others!

We have been coming here since September 2017. Amber Bass is a wonderful occupational therapist that understands his needs. She has so many great ideas of items that can be done at home. Jamie is a speech therapist that cares about children. She works well not only with my child but other children there. The kids are excited to come there & all smiles!!
