I can confidently say that in the year since the car accident where I fractured my spine, the weeks I spent doing physical therapy here were the first time where someone tried to treat the root of my issues, instead of only treating the symptoms. A year after the fractures, I believed that the general tenderness, irritation, and pain was something I was going to have to get used to, unless I decided to be constantly treated by pain specialists and the likes for some temporary artificial relief. No one talked to me about what I could do to treat whatever it was that was still causing all the pain. The best decision I made was to follow a doctor's recommendation to do physical therapy again and I couldn't be more glad that I was referred to this location. Everybody in the staff was helpful and cared about how to improve on any issues I brought up, however big or small. I can happily say that now you can poke me in the back and I won't flinch in pain. Thank you Crystal, BETHANY, and Dallas ☺ufe0f.

A year and a half ago my son met one of the most wonderful and important people in our lives, Mrs. Wendy Harris. When I say she has truly been life changing, it is not an exaggeration. Before we started speech my son, who was almost 3, was non verbal. He walked off at an amusement park and it was the most frightening day of my life. Since he started therapy with Wendy, he is talking, telling jokes, and singing. She has done so much for him and I couldn't in a million years say thank you so much!!! Because of Southeastern Therapy and Wendy Harris my son can communicate. Do you have any idea what a beautiful gift that is? I would give them all the stars on the whole internet if I could!!!❤❤

I have been receiving physical therapy for my shoulders and knees, since February 2020, from Crystal Barnes and her team at Southeastern Physical Therapy (SPT) at the 2117 McComas Way, Virginia Beach clinic. My joint issues were exacerbated by an unexpected 6-week delay of knee surgery due to COVID-19. Luckily, I was already receiving PT at SPT and continued until my surgery could be rescheduled. Crystal and her associates have been wonderful! (And they have been extremely careful and thorough with their protocols to protect everyone from COVID-19). They are kind and caring, and I honestly don’t know how I could have managed such a successful recovery from a full knee joint replacement without Crystal’s help. I was even able to continue the PT with her during home visits immediately after my surgery - which I believe made a significant difference for me in achieving an excellent range of motion in my new knee - even better that expected by my surgeon. I am continuing with PT at the clinic because I face another knee replacement, and probable shoulder surgery. I absolutely highly recommend Southeastern Physical Therapy and, in particular, Crystal Barnes and her team!
