Wonderful experience everytime! No complaints!

Horrible, they have no system. Every month i get the same meds from the same store. Yet half the time they dont have the pills i need.every month....the same pills. how f-n hard can this be. Yesterday they told me they would have them today by 11.. 11:15 they dont have them... these are pain pills. I cant get new ones until im out. Well... im out. Now they say 3pm.. i cant wait..do yourself a favor, if you can get them anywere else......do it.

I have never had any issues with Kroger Pharmacy since 2013. I am writing about Kroger Pharmacy on Holland Road. I love Kroger. Pharmacy has always been professional with my family. I really wanted to give 5 star, but they showed me how unprofessional they are today. First, they have told me that they have never received a prescription, I know for fact that prescription was dropped off by me on Friday and the staff put my sons information in he system. They know that as well. All of the sudden my sons prescription nowhere to be found. Not in their computer system. I had to go back to doctors office for them to give me another prescription. How is possible for the prescription to dissapeared and information in the computer to be deleted. I am pretty sure if they checked the cameras they will see what I am talking about. I had to address this issue to the manager. He was very nice and polite. He said he can put a money on my Kroger card. I don't want Kroger money. I wasn't talking about they giving some compensation or store credit or whatever. I was talking about integrity. You don't just lie to your patients or customer. I know you all busy just like everyone else, but you just dont loose someone information like that after we have been a loyal customer to you. Especially after I have been waiting for the medicine for 4 days. It is wrong.

Generally a positive experience. Today a new gal was not like the others but maybe she is having a bad day. I hope that is all it is because everyone else is great!
