Extremely rude pharmacy staff. Went to pick up my prescription that I have been getting for months, I do not have a copay and my insurance hasn’t changed but for some reason it was taking well over 15 minutes in the drive through. I rang in to ask how much longer and the employee snapped at me with a very rude tone that she was working on it. After another few minutes I rang again because I had somewhere to be and she hung up on me. When I rang one more time a man answered and talked over me loudly while I just tried to ask for my insurance card back so I could leave. I transferred my prescription that evening to another pharmacy. And low and behold when I went to pick up my medicine the next day at the new pharmacy I was in and out of the drive thru in less than 5 minutes. There is no excuse for A) the rude attitude and B) it taking so long when I’ve picked up multiple times before but a new pharmacy can have it done ASAP. Walgreens will no longer be getting my business.

The absolute slowest and worst service imaginable. Every single time we need to get a prescription they are “so busy” or “swamped” or “backed up” and they will work on it. It’s laughable! Do yourself a favor and pick any other pharmacy on the planet. No matter how far out of the way it may be, you will save time.

Pharmacy is very helpful love the drive up pick up service. Inside has good selection of beauty products. Some of the staff are friendly.

I’ve only ever been in the drive through picking up medication, but they are always really sweet. I’m never waiting long. I’m glad I switched from CVS to Walgreens. And I love the Walgreens app!! I can’t stress it enough. It’s so much easier managing meds on the app than it is to call and be on hold for hours.
