Literally the most non caring staff I've ever seen. They look like they hate being there. The slowest, most unorganized pharmacy I've come across. You wait in line for forever no matter how many people are working. I hate having to use this one. But its 2 minutes from my house so it's more convenient. I have had a bad experience every time.

Athena, thank you very much for the best customer service I've ever had for the first time in this branch. Been coming here to get my refills and never once did anyone mention to me about coupons online that could help bring down the cost of my medications. I was really amazed with your kindness. I've never seen such great customer service since I left my home, Hawaii. Thank you very much for your help.

Man who dealt with us had little patience with me. Also gave me incorrect information about some ear drops so I paid $55 for some that I already had. Not pleased.

Had to go through 3 people and multiple voicemail prompts to get an answer on if my prescription is in...and hold and hold ...almost an hour later I got thru... 3rd time was a charm Corporate please do something! Either hire more employees or coach them . Walmart is about to loose a lifelong customer
