The parking garage is in a convenient location near the Neptune Statue (obviously). Not being a hotel guest (the garage is shared with a hotel), I had to park on the top of the garage or one of the last floors before the top. If you arent a hotel guest, and you're hoping to park inside a garage to keep your car out of the sun or weather, you may find that you have to park on the top level anyway, exposing your car to the elements. Otherwise, rates for parking here were fair and about the same as other lots. A little more communication about where non-hotel guests can park would have been helpful before having to drive up 4 stories trying to find non-hotel guest parking.

you gotta love the beach. Parking is not free. But it is super convenient to the beach. Elevator slow. If you bring your bikes you have take the elevator or walk them down the stairs. They don't allow you to ride inside the garage.

Pay $10 at the entrance for weekends. The $10 fee renews at 5am. Elevator is SUPER slow but the rate and location are 100% worth it even if it had NO elevator and was 3x more expensive. Will definitely be coming here again to use this garage.
