Modern rooms, comfortable beds, extremely nice decor and excellent bathrooms. Love the couch and two tvs was a nice touch! highly recommend and would come back every time to this location. Staff, location, and convenience was all 5 star quality. Loved that they offered grab and go breakfast. Only thing is parking lot was full so had to park in comfort inn and walk but other than that great experience.
Stayed here for almost 2 months, as a work assignment placed me at Portsmouth, Va... Can't say enough bout the whole staff at this place, they treated me like family. Everyone from Cynthia, Stephanie, & all the other ladies(can't remember all their names), housekeeping, the laundry gentleman, absolutely everyone went absolutely beyond & bent over backwards to make me feel at home! Words cannot express my gratitude to everyone here! If ever fate places me here again this is where I'll stay! God bless...
Nice hotel. Nice location. New. The one reason I’ll never stay here again is the laughable water pressure in the shower. Id have a better bathing experience in a puddle in the parking lot. 10x the pressure needed in the sink. Seriously the worst I’ve seen. Titanium member.
This is a horrible place to stay very unprofessional staff starting with Melissa the manager. There are issues with billing, cleanliness, customer service, equipment and room quality. All complaints to the manager are swept under the rug. Don’t waste your money.
Fantastic new property in the ORF area. Much higher quality than the Residence property down the street. Rooms have plenty of space, mine had a sitting area and large desk as well as the bed area. My only critique - DAYLIGHT BULBS. The lights in the room are far too white, and should all be a warm tungsten color. I want to relax, not feel like my retinas are being seared as I watch Netflix in bed.
