Traveled from out of town only to find the room smelling of food, sink and tub had grime and dirt, side of the couch looked like someone spilled something and never cleaned it up. The bathroom wall had something on it that looked like someone got sick.. and it was never cleaned. I also traveled with family in 2 vehicles, only to find out they will only allow 1 vehicle to park on their very SMALL lot. I had to drive around for 30 minutes to find the only overnight parking about 10 minutes down the strip.. I was not leaving my car that far away in a area I’m already unfamiliar with. They were unable to accommodate parking or a new CLEAN room, so my family and I put our bags back in the cars and traveled 3 hours back up the road to go home! We will be contacting the manager for a full refund! I would not recommend staying here.. I wish I read the reviews BEFORE booking! People at the front desk are not helpful.
Friendly Staff
The view was amazing. The price was affordable. The only complaint I had was the bed was to hard. A matter of preference.
Perfect location, close to everything. THE ELEVATOR is the main thing jacked up about the place. You WILL wait at least 5 minutes for the thing. If it's not out of service..smh
Andy is the rudest employee i have ever dealt with. I ask for a manager and he told me I wasnt talking to anyone and hung up on me. Do not book room in advance unless u prepare for them to take it out right than and there and will take 5 days for it to go back on ur account. Was about to have my birthday party there and was gonna have my friends come and each where gonna get a room. Y'all lost my business and will make sure none of my friends or family go there. Hope u read this ANDY!!!
