I love ocean Keys Resort, the front desk staff members are very courteous Pleasant and they go beyond their job description to help you with your needs. The supervisor of maintenance department make sure your unit with your devices are working properly, the assistant general manager was always helpful and answering any questions and concerns that you may have he was always there when requested to see him. The Roma restaurant was excellent in their service and preparation with the food and delivery service for me there was no other food that I desired and you did not have to wait in lines for your order there is no other Pizza or steak and cheese that could not be found anywhere else I give them a 5-star rating. Trip Advisor should have them number one on their list of a five star resort I cannot wait to go back there ...their accommodations were excellent for all my needs.. I most certainly will recommend ocean Keyes to all and everyone that I know and I'll be back next year. Rosemary Jacobs
The staff here is amazing. Maddie and Jordon helped me with a situation that would have been far more stressful than it was with them there. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I will def stay here again.
The overall experience was good. But I did have to ask for extra sheets and stuff because their was hair on the sheets and pillowcases. The shower water pressure was very weak and I did see hair in the shower before we took one.
We went for a week on our RCI membership and we will be back on our next trip to VB. Staff was light but they were very nice and our room was clean. We loved the bed was very soft not like a stone like other places we have been.
Was an OK RCI transfer. Not the cleanest, but service was good. Location is ideal and parking is good. Hotels in VA beach are not the best overall and this one would be middle of the road.
