I love it here my family does as well!They have the nicest staff here! One staff gentleman went above and beyond his name is Sam he made my son who is 11 who gets a little nervous in new places feel so comfortable. I would recommend this to any family or even if your just looking for quick stop! Rooms are clean the pool is amazing the warmest water I’ve ever felt in any pool and most importantly they make you feel like you’re at home!!
Rented a room and they asked if I would like house keeping I said yes. I come back to my room and find out from the staff that they threw away hundreds of dollars worth of my personal belongings. Only got a partial refund. So if you want to risk them just throwing your stuff away by all means book a room.nnAlso the place has bugs.
ROACHES! We killed 6 roaches, and our lamp made a huge popping sound because the wires were twisted together and a paper sticker was hiding the break in the wire. Horrible! We got a PARTIAL refund at midnight and drove 3 hours home!
I made a reservation with out looking at the hotels reviews or anything about it. Why???because I'm thinking its at Virginia beach ocean front. Well i only made it to the parking lot to decide i was not staying there. People had chairs from the hotel room hanging out in the parking lot.there were about 20 people just hanging out and smoking weed. Not a place i would ever go back to.
Do not rent a room they lights dont work and they have glass all over the floor
