We like these place a lot but this time we made a reservation yesterday and we accidentally book 2 extra rooms and call to see what we could do. The person that answer was a older Indian guy and he answer us with such an attitude and tell us to stop calling him. Just wish this place had better receptionist .
No heat till mid November last I checked occupancy code potential violation will look into this
I really enjoyed staying there and Everytime I come back to Virginia I will book my room with them.
The rooms are outdated and too expensive to be dirty!! Not only that they charged our card twice and when I called them to tell them about it the foreign guy said no refunds & hung up I called back asked for his name and he hung up on me again!! I definitely do NOT recommend this room to anyone I would have rather slept outside than to be overly charged and repeatedly hung up on
The water was cold. Service minimal. The only great thing was the location. And the receptionist need better guest service!
