Overall, this hotel is decent, not bad, but not great either. But, it has one thing that sets it apart from many hotels on the beach, it's location. Staying here you will find you are in walking distance from many wonderful establishments such as great eating, beach shops, bars and other entertaining places. Would happily stay here again mostly for that reason.
Beach front beautiful! Our unit is cute with one room a tiny dining room and a sofa bed with half a kitchen. There's only me and my husband. Worked well for us.
Lovely accommodations, super friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms with beautiful ocean view. What more could you ask for? We wanted a late check-out and they had no problem allowing that. Very quiet and restful stay.
Started with a broken a/c heating unit, that was resolved by an awesome employee (David). The next night I asked for extra sheets for my daughter who wanted to sleep on the couch, it took over an hour for someone to show up. I offered to come down and get them, all I wanted was a sheet. The place is outdated. Thankfully they have staff like David that saved some situations, and even the terrible service we got afterwards, his professionalism/friendliness made the trip/stay a positive one
While the building is obviously not new, it's kept well and Juan on the maintenance team is OUTSTANDING! Overall: Quick service, very hospitable. Willing to give me a new room when I had a toilet issue. Discount on return service. Front office staff followed up to make sure it was to my liking.
