I found this place to be a great place to stay considering the price & location. The space was larger than it appeared in photos and was quite sufficient for 6 adults. The pool is the central feature and seemed to remain busy the entire time it was open; especially during the rain!nThe suites feature a 4 burner gas stove & oven and refrigerator/freezer, but no microwave. And absolutely nothing else in the way of utensils, tools or any item used in a kitchen; you must bring ALL of that with you.nThe location could hardly be more convenient, and they offer parking for up to two vehicles per room, some of it shaded!

I guess you get what you pay for... not! This place was the most disgusting place i have ever seen. The beds were uncomfortable so i slept on the pull out couch which was just a step up. Nothing to ride home about. There was nothing in the kitchen to cook with and no toilet paper. I left my trip a day early just to be in my own bed. Save your time and your money. Book somewhere else.

I reviewed the cheapest hotels in Virginia Beach, and this one is the best. The room I got was like a little apartment. Big living room with kitchen with oven and stove and sink and cabinets and A SOFA BED, extra space for hanging clothes, bathroom, and bedroom with two beds that both fit two people. It's a homie spacious place. it was awesome because technically you can sleep six people there. It's only $20 per extra person, but it's definitely worth paying because the staff has to clean up after everyone who stays there. this stuff was nice and I didn't feel unsafe there. Don't pay attention to the comments that other people say that it's dirty or outdated. This is just the basics that anyone would need and having a full kitchen is super lucky at a cheap hotel. Shantel at the front desk was easy to talk to and sincerely cares about making sure you are set. I spoke to her on the phone before I went and I already felt better about this place than the other places I tried, because of her great customer service.

The service was great. The problem was after we took a bath the water would not turn off. We told the clerk who I called maintenance. Maintenence did not fix it they just turned our water off. This cause not to be able to take showers the next day

My cousin and I stayed here a few months ago. The price was way to much for the rooms that are beyond dated. The furniture was dirty, had to put a sheet on the sofa to even sit on it, the bed linen was nonexistent a sheet and that top cover that most people toss on the floor there were no blankets and there was nothing in the kitchen area to even be able to cook the tv was so small that we had to move the entertainment center to the middle of the room to see it and it smelled musty af. My cousin seen roaches, you have to pay for the ice, the beds were very uncomfortable elevators took forever to get up and down. The only pro was the walk to the beach was short and there was private parking. The rooms could be very nice if the owners would take the time to update and paint.
