Great place for study and reading, and staff is professional and welcoming. Love the atmosphere and relaxed nature of the library.
Childrens area on second floor has been updated. They have classes for the little ones with swinging, reading books etc. There a fun play area for small ages and computer lab for the older ones. Elevator is there If you have stroller. Bathrooms are clean and staff is pleasant
My baby and my grandkids loves the librarie and the stuff, are wonderful !!!
This place is a mess. In the upstairs play area you have parents that just let their kids run wild while they are at the computers. You have men coming up from the downstairs area to use the restrooms in the kids play area. There are signs asking for children of certain ages to only play in designated areas and none of the staff enforces those rules.nIt’s a disaster.
The front desk customer service reps need to learn customer service a older lady with blonde sat on the phone for over 1/2 with somebody and ignored people waiting in line that is just ridiculous talk about not wanting to do your freakin job if you really need distraction ur in the wrong business go work done where else and the manager hire freakin people that can do their freakin job and just to collect a paycheck
