I usually come to this location every Friday evening. The worker, Gloria, does not consistently wear her mask. She usually has it hanging down under her neck. That is unsafe for her and her customers. Today, for the first time, I had a problem with one of the large washing machines. Her attitude was unacceptable. I am not a bother. I am a customer. She acted like I was asking her to do something beyond the scope of her job. It was finally resolved, but I may have to give the competition up the street a try because of her lack of customer service.
The staff is not friendly whatsoever, and whatever lady that was at the desk on January 24 2021 at 1704 was completely unprofessional. I was standing at the desk to get some assistance for 5 minutes while she was on the phone. I approached closer to the desk so I can get some help, she looks up and say “ you need to back up”.
Miss Kim all ways treats me right every time I go in there and she work hard
The staff is not very friendly!! If you looking for a friendly experience that’s not happening. When I would ask to load my card they act like I was bothering them. I thought it was just me but I see it time and time again. The attitude. Whoever is managing this site you might want to hold some training in good customer service.
AVOID this place.nTerrible attendant! Bad attitude!nOver priced. I used laundry services weekly and never found a place w such high prices. You can get it done w half price at any laundromat and will not ha e to talk w such unpolite person.
