I called and asked if they have same day service. I was advised that if I came by 12pm they would have it ready by 4pm. I dropped off 2 items and received a receipt that said pick up by 5pm. When I arrived the next day I was advised it wouldn't be ready until the next week. So I advised I paid extra and wanted a refund and my items back. I was advised I would need to wait one hour to have them back. Terrible service. Stay away.

Grace is the best! My husband needed his uniform patches out on his uniform and only had 2 days to get it done. We took it to Mrs. Grace and she was able to do it in time and it looks amazing! We are only going here from now on.

Grace provided exceptional service and my being a complete stranger to her was not an issue. She treated me as a long time returning Customer.
