Excellent customer service. I was visiting Portsmouth and had an urgent need. Payless cleaners in VA beach was able to accommodate last minute needs to have lab coats pressed on a Sunday afternoon! They were more than happy to assist and provided the service at the time of drop off. The staff were so friendly. This review is long overdue from December, but I won't forget this place. Highly recommended!!!!
They’re customer service is impeccable. The type of personal experience you can only get from small local businesses! I will be returning and recommending to everyone. Great prices, friendly employees, and same day pickup. Truly unmatched!
They did a great job and were very accommodating. I was running late stuck in traffic, and they were willing to stay a couple minutes after closing to help me out. They have a quick turnaround for a good price, and I look forward to using them again in the future!

I took my uniform here. Great service. The women that helped me was quick and to the point. I needed rush service and it was ready when she promised it would be. I would take my clothes there again and refer them to everyone I know.
