Great customer service. Always friendly and helpful. They really helped me out when we were in a bind to get a service uniform done. They were happy to help us and didn’t make us feel like it was a burden. Great quality. Everything always is returned to me in excellent condition.

Regular customer who gets pretty good service. Rating would get another star if staff is able to more quickly handle point-of-sale customer care when you come in versus taking several minutes to process drop-bags. Just a bit aggravating at 5:30PM when it should be a quick in and out transactionnnUPDATEnJuly 2019: have continued to use Albano’s services and consistency has been excellent. Good focus on the customer and good outcomes. I’ll absolutely keep coming here.

Figured I’d try the place out since it was around the corner from the house. Welp, I was there for no more than 3 minutes and I realized, I was on someone else’s time.nnMost places that are retail establishments typically greet a customer and ask howncan I help you? I was greeted with I think a grunt. I said I just needed to drop off some shirts (3 to be exact). Then, I waited in uncomfortable silence while the attendant continued to punch in a previous order. Just me and this person, dead awkward silence while I waited for her to complete her work. I didn’t wait too long, 3-4 mins, however, I really shouldn’t have to wait in a store with zero customers.nnI’ll just go out of my way next time. First impressions mean a lot.

One Star because zero is not an option. Worst customer service I have ever seen!nThe regular employee has been rude in the past, but went in this evening and she was in the back of the store. She acknowledged my entry and said “she would be right with me”, then proceeded to start vacuuming the floor. Needless to say I will not return to Albano anytime soon.
