Will never use this place again! Says they offer same day service and they don't! Also said that my suit would be ready by 5pm today and it wasn't ready. Was told to come back in an hour and still dont have everything. My dress shirt was seprated from my suit and pants so they cant even keep your clothes together and it was shipped to a different store across town! Got my money back and still have to wait another day for my shirt and the wedding is tomorrow. Will never use this place again!
Love the customer service given at this location. They remember your name and have your pickup ready as you walk in the door. Clothes have always looked great. Thank you to the wonderful employees...
Albano cleaners isn’t just a good cleaner. They are a neighborhood business that knows their customers and treats them with warmth and care. Kirstin always has my clothes up for pick up before I get out of my car and meets me with a smile. Really great!
I love the service at this location ! Kim is the best and hands down the most knowledgeable about stains . I would drive to this location even when I lived in Chesapeake .
