I spent $4.00 to wash one load of clothes, however, after 30 minute cycle, the machine had failed to spin. Clothes were dripping wet. Next I split my blanket and set of sheets to 2 machines. Spent $8 on doing that.nNo phone number to call and report faulty machine or to get money back.

Very nice place to do your laundry. Machines are new. The place is clean every time I go in. You don't have to worry about dropping one of your clean items because the floor is clean too. The cost is more than reasonable and on average most items are completely dry for $1.00 a load. One of the best laundry mats in Norfolk and Virginia Beach.

A little expensive...$4.00? For a top loader? Really? Otherwise it was clean and most of the machines looked brand new and the dryers dried my clothes thoroughly with the first 40 minutes I paid for, I didn't have to pay for another cycle or two like other laundromats

My experience there was one that I would recommend to my family and friends and even neighbors, it an clean environment, I also feel safe and secure with the cameras been there watching to make sure that everyone stays safe and follow the rules and regulations there I've been going there for quite some time now but living in the ocean view area for over 17 years and since this young man has took ownership of this laundromat I couldn't think of another place I would want to do and have my laundry done so with all of that said thanks to the new owner and God bless!nnSincerely yours Karen Pratt

Just got back from this place..wasn't able to wash or dry my laundry...there's no one in the godamn place to offer help.. I follow directions on the machine..still my coins pop up... Tried twice.. No one there to help you.. So I left.. Not coming back to this place..but it did look clean tho. I might try one more time
