I have used this laundry for 2 yrs now its clean, it has front loaders and (had) rest room accessibility until a few weeks ago. I walk 1 3/4 of a mile to this laundry when my washer is acting up. This place has gas pumps and a laundry Matt. This man looks straight in my face and told me that the city shut down all the laundry on Hampton boulevard for health reasons. My bladder is weakened because of diabetes, somewhere I found the strength to take my clothes to shore drive and Pleasure house, clean laundry and they allow patrons to use the restroom.

We just stopped with my infant Child in the car Thursday around 1045pm and have thisnAll on video dash cam as proof so he can’t even lie, my husband got out of the truck to get a Gatorade and the security guard greeted us by saying he almost pulled his gun on us, then when my husband reacted by saying excuse me, he told the RUDE customer service guy to refuse him service,nThen he walked around our vehicle taking down a description of my husband and the truck calling the police... WE are calling the police and filing a harassment suit if BP does not rectify this. The security guard is dangerous and should not have the authority to carry a weapon. We called several times trying to get their info and ask to speak to their owner and we were hung up and then they took the phonenOff hook.

Diesel pumps extremely slow and don't have a card reader so you have to pay inside. I wish I could upload a video of how slow these things are. No exaggeration, it took almost 15 mins to get to 14 gallons so we just cut it off and left.

The new security guard in their Rick man you need to get him gone hes got a short man complex and thinks hes VBPD Also very disrespectful white guy behind the counter no customer service at all stay away from the store don't give them your money
