I buy gas and car washes here all the time and a few months ago their car wash was down so when I was buying them you couldn't even use them. Now that they are expired the store manager won't give you a new code when other BP's in the area will. Thank you for updating your car wash but since it was down off and on you should really compensate the people that keep coming back. Since you will not, I will not be back. Worst BP customer service.

For a gas station it's OK but there's a lot better out there. The times I've gone in they have always been out of coffee and the pastries were definitely beyond their age. The worst part is their checkout. The registers are old antiques and the card readers just do not work. It takes 30 minutes to pay for a soft drink if ever and most of the time the customers wind up paying with cash. The cashier told me all the staff have begged the owner to get new registers and card readers but he refused so I am guessing this place is owned by either rag heads or jews and I will never go back. Their fuel prices are also the highest in the area which is another reason to stay away.

A woman came in with a cloth over her mouth and nose, thicker than the bandana The Man Behind the Counter was wearing she was looking for masks and the gentleman refused her any service even though her face was properly covered up

2 pumps are blocked off. 1 pump's buttons don't work. 1 pump's screen is messed up. 1 pump doesn't read cards..... Rediculous!

This is the closest gas station to me and as many times as I've gone, I've recieved bad customer service from the older white man everytime. Its like you are bothering or inconveniencing his life. If you dont like people, there are other jobs outside of customer service. Today is was my last visit. I will definitely be getting gas, food, snacks, and my drinks elsewhere.
