20 cents was charged to my meter before I even started pumping gas. It also wouldn’t let me enter my rewards unless I pushed cancel on the machine. Sneaky sneaky.
Went to fill up my work vehicles and gas containers and card reader wasn't working. Asked cashier and she was zero help. Wasted time at this station. WawA down the road had no problem with my card and I did a 240.00 purchase.
I love this bp. All the attendants are nice and on wednesdays they drop their premium gas down to the price of mid grade! Its the only place I fill up since i found out!
Found a charge on my credit card that I didn’t make, had already called my bank only to be told it was pending call back when status changes. Called station where we had made a purchase the previous day but not for that amount. Girl I spoke with said nothing she could do call bank, this was after I had already told her I had already spoke with my bank. I expressed my concern about someone getting our card number after my husband used it because he couldn’t remember if he cleared it. Her response was, that doesn’t happen at our station. I will not be returning to that station I don’t need to be talked down to or spoken to rudely.
