I’ve been going here for a while and I couldn’t think to go anywhere else for my mechanic. Staff is always kind and helpful, they’re welcoming and efficient in their jobs!
Good quality gas not that garbage the other places push cheap gas can cost you
Very disappointed. I returned to this location because they were able to perform my last inspection 2 years ago on short notice. When I came back in April, my inspection was rejected and the tech stated that I needed new front rotors. Fast forward to today, when I finally got the funds to have the rotors fixed. I thought this was strange because my rotors were changed in summer 2017, and my driving has gone down since moving to VA in 2017. So I got a second AND third opinion. I was told by two different auto techs in Norfolk And Chesapeake that my rotors were fine. In fact, the second tech in Chesapeake told me to return the rotors I purchased. Guess I will be going elsewhere, as it was very stressful not having an inspected car, trying to get the funds to pay for the work, only to find out I didn’t need the work at all.
My new favorite auto shop. Will not recommend unnecessary work.
